AI/ML Lead

Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented professional who can design and oversee scalable, secure, high-performance AI systems that translate complex business needs into impactful technical solutions. This role sits at the intersection of data science, engineering, and business teams—ensuring our AI initiatives deliver real value.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end ML/AI & GenAI solutions, including data pipelines, deployment strategies, and enterprise/cloud integrations.
• Tech Evaluation: Choose the right AI frameworks, tools, cloud services, and vector DBs based on scalability, security, and cost.
• Technical Leadership: Guide engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams; ensure best practices are followed.
• Development Oversight: Lead model deployment into production; establish strong MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, optimization).

Experience

• Experience Required: 5–10 years in software architecture or ML/AI engineering with hands-on exposure to building and deploying AI solutions.

Technical Skills

• Strong Python + ML/AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Solid understanding of ML, Deep Learning, NLP & Generative AI (LLMs, VAEs, GANs)
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, Azure/OpenAI, Google Vertex)

Good to Have

• MLOps/DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow)
• Data engineering, big data pipelines, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate) for RAG
